ABSOLUTE SOLUTIONS is a forward-thinking consulting firm, capable of meeting the staff requirements of government entities at all levels.

Detra Reeder is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and sole owner of Absolute Solutions LLC. She started her career as a Seamen in the Unites States Navy, working as an Intelligence Specialist. She retired after 20 years of Naval service. She continued her service to the United States as a contractor working for Military Professional Resources Inc, (L3 MPRI) supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) mission. After 3 years as a contractor, Detra accepted a full-time position working directly for DIA Director of Operations. She has since retired from the government with over 40 years of support to the Intelligence Community (IC).

Detra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Graduate Certification in Government Contracting from Webster University. In 2018, she began laying the foundation for her business, Absolute Solutions LLC, a small business consulting firm. The mission of Absolute Solutions LLC is to support national goals by addressing the professional needs of the U.S. Government and other commercial clients in fields such as intelligence, collection management, operational support, all-source analysis, project management, human resources, and administrative services.

Her goals include fostering a collaborative environment and supporting intelligence professionals in their career transitions. She aims to assist military veterans, retirees, graduating students, and individuals reentering the workforce in maximizing their professional and technical expertise. Ultimately, she strives to secure opportunities that address the technical employment needs of clients across all levels of government and in commercial businesses.
